Whitefish and Oyster Bouillabaisse

Oysters and Whitefish Bouillabaisse are both delicious meals that can be made by just using fresh ingredients, which are very easy to find. All you need is a fresh local well-stocked market (that also doubles as a great place to eat!) and fresh ingredients. The first time I had them I was very impressed with the freshness of the fish and the ease of digestion. This is an especially good meal to prepare when you are on vacation and you’re far from home, or if you have guests staying over. These dishes are simple but filling, so you will easily be able to feed a crowd.

You’ll start off your meal with a bowl of soup, followed by some salad and then a side dish like potato croquettes or some baked potatoes. When you’re looking for the best salt and freshly ground black pepper for this recipe, look for the Himalayan salt, which is a superior brand. It has a high concentration of magnesium, which brings out the flavor of the seafood perfectly, and is just the right amount of salt to give you that salty feel at the same time that you are also getting that fresh, natural taste that all seafood lovers love. For the dressing, you’ll want to use some freshly grated parmesan cheese and lemon juice to add that sharp, fresh flavor to your dish. If you’d like to include fresh garlic instead of the parmesan, that is very easy to do as well.

When it comes to whitefish and oyster bouillabaisse, you can choose to serve it just as it is, or you can add a little more of everything to give it a little bit of zest and depth. That’s totally up to you. As a matter of fact, I actually prefer the dish with a little more of both because it is a very delicious dish in its own right. If you’re going to have it, then by all means add everything to it; if you’re going against the grain, keep it simple and with just a touch of salt to bring out its flavor, then that’s just fine too. Whatever you do, don’t forget to enjoy yourself while you’re cooking so that your friends know you had a wonderful time.
