Roast Fish with Lemon is a delectable dish that pairs well with sliced lemons or lime. If you have a gas enabled or charcoal fire, you can also roast the fish in a normal oven. Prepare the ingredients. Make sure you have enough oil for the recipe. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Instructions. Prepare the recipe as stated above. Put four or five pieces of whole roasted cilantro in a large bowl. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to this cilantro and toss to combine. Place the coated cilantro in the bottom of your oven safe roaster and put the entire recipe inside, turning regularly so the top side doesn’t get burned. Roast the cilantro for about twenty minutes.
Prepare the herbs. Put the herbs into a large roaster. Cut the tops off the red snapper and remove the seeds. In a bowl, combine about three tablespoons of each herb and a half teaspoon of each salt, then pour over the whole roasted fish and cover tightly. Roast this for another twenty minutes. When the timer rings, remove the herbs and serve. Lemon | fish | herbs | whole fish | red snapper | 2 tablespoons} Preheat the grill to medium high, and then cook the fish for about two minutes per side for pinkie fingerlings, about two minutes for white fish. When the grill is almost burning hot, turn it down to low and cook the whole fish for about five minutes per side for white fish, then turn it up to medium high and continue cooking until the fish flakes easily when touched with a fork. You can serve the fish with the lemon wedges on the side for dipping. If you’re serving it with red snapper, cut up the lemon slices into quarters and add to the fish along with the red snapper.
