Donuts Pudding

6 glazed donuts, cut into small pieces
¾ cup frozen sweet cherries
½ cup raisins
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 egg yolks
1½ cups whipping cream
In a large bowl, mix together the donut pieces, cherries, raisins, chocolate chips,
sugar, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, add the egg yolks, and whipping cream and whisk until well
Add the egg yolk mixture into doughnut mixture and mix well.
Line a baking dish with a piece of foil.
Place donuts mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Press “power button” of air fry oven and turn the dial to select the “air fry” mode.
Press the time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 60 minutes.
Now push the temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 360 degrees f.
Press “start/pause” button to start.
When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
Arrange the pan in “air fry basket” and insert in the oven.
Place the pan onto a wire rack to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve warm.
