Raisin Bread Pudding

1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons raisins, soaked in hot water for about 15 minutes
2 bread slices, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
In a bowl, mix together the milk, egg, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the raisins.
In a baking pan, spread the bread cubes and top evenly with the milk mixture.
Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
Press “power button” of air fry oven and turn the dial to select the “air fry” mode.
Press the time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 12 minutes.
Now push the temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 375 degrees f.
Press “start/pause” button to start.
When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
Arrange the pan over the “wire rack” and insert in the oven.
Serve warm.
