For bread pudding:
10½ oz. Bread, cubed
½ cup apple, peeled, cored and chopped
½ cup raisins
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
1½ cups milk
¾ cup water
5 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups plain flour
3/5 cup brown sugar
7 tablespoons butter
In a large bowl, mix together the bread, apple, raisins, and walnuts.
In another bowl, add the remaining pudding ingredients and mix until well combined.
Add the milk mixture into bread mixture and mix until well combined.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
For topping: in a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar.
With a pastry cutter, cut in the butter until a crumbly mixture forms.
Place the mixture into 2 baking pans and spread the topping mixture on top of each.
Press “power button” of air fry oven and turn the dial to select the “air fry” mode.
Press the time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 22 minutes.
Now push the temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 355 degrees f.
Press “start/pause” button to start.
When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
Arrange 1 pan in “air fry basket” and insert in the oven.
Place the pan onto a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
Repeat with the remaining pan.
