1½ cups fresh cherries, pitted
3 tablespoons vodka
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
In a bowl, mix together the cherries and vodka.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the sour cream, and egg and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Grease a cake pan.
Place flour mixture evenly into the prepared cake pan.
Spread cherry mixture over the dough.
Place butter on top in the form of dots.
Press “power button” of air fry oven and turn the dial to select the “air fry” mode.
Press the time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 25 minutes.
Now push the temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 355 degrees f.
Press “start/pause” button to start.
When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
Arrange the pan in “air fry basket” and insert in the oven.
Place the pan onto a wire rack to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Now, invert the clafoutis onto a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut the clafoutis into desired size slices and serve warm.
