Fruity Crumble

½ lb. (226.8g) Fresh apricots, pitted and cubed
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/3 cup sugar, divided
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
7/8 cup flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cold water
¼ cup chilled butter, cubed
Grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix well apricots, blackberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and lemon
Spread apricot mixture into the prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, add the flour, remaining sugar, salt, water, and butter and mix until a
crumbly mixture forms.
Spread the flour mixture over apricot mixture evenly.
Press “power button” of air fry oven and turn the dial to select the “air fry” mode.
Press the time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
Now push the temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 390 degrees f.
Press “start/pause” button to start.
When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
Arrange the pan in “air fry basket” and insert in the oven.
Place the pan onto a wire rack to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
