Sweet Potato Cheesecake

4 tbsp. Butter
6 oz. Mascarpone
8 oz. Cream cheese
2/3 cup graham crackers
¾ cup milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
2/3 cup sweet potato puree
¼ tbsp. Cinnamon powder
Mix butter with crumbled crackers, turn properly, push to the bottom of a cake pan
and set in fridge.
Mix cream cheese with mascarpone, cinnamon, vanilla, sweet potato puree and milk,
and beat properly.
Spray mix over crust, set in air fryer, cook at 300°f for 4 minutes and allow in fridge
for some hours.
