Pecan Crusted Chicken

3 breakfast sausage patties
1 avocado, mashed
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 large eggs
chives, for garnish
Hot sauce, if desired
Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl.
Add salt, pepper and smoked paprika and mix well until the chicken is covered with
the spices.
Pour in honey and mustard and mix well.
Place the finely chopped pecans on a plate.
Roll the tender into the shredded pecans, one chicken tender at a time, until both sides
are covered. Brush off excess material.
Place the offers in the air fryer basket and continue until all offers have been coated
and are in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 350F for 12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the
pecans are golden brown before serving.
