3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
3 swordfish steaks
Freshly ground black pepper
2 pt. multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. red onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. Thinly sliced basil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Cut the cauliflower into florets of equal size and place in a large bowl.
Cut each clove of garlic into 3 pieces and smash them with the side of your knife.
Don’t be afraid to smash the garlic. You want to expose as much of the garlic surface
as possible so that it cooks well. Add this to the cauliflower.
Pour over the oil and add salt. Mix well until the cauliflower is well covered with oil
Turn on the air fryer at 400 F for 20 minutes and add the cauliflower. Turn it in half
To make the Sauce:
While the cauliflower is cooking, make the sauce. Whisk the hot sauce, butter and
Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, place it in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the
cauliflower and mix well.
Put the cauliflower back in the air fryer. Set it to 400F for 3-4 minutes so the sauce
becomes a little firm.
Serve with blue cheese dressing.
