Breakfast Calzone

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup almond flour
½ ounce full-fat cream cheese
1 whole egg
2 eggs, scrambled
¼ pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Add almond flour, mozzarella, and cream cheese to a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and forms a ball. Add the egg and stir until dough
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out to a ¼-inch thickness.
Cut the dough into four rectangles.
In a bowl, mix cooked sausage and scrambled eggs.
Divide the blend between each piece of dough, placing it on the lower half of the
rectangle. Sprinkle each with cheddar.
Fold to cover and seal the edges. Cover the air fryer basket with parchment paper and
cook at 380F for 15 minutes. Flip the calzones halfway through the cooking time.
