Breakfast Bread Pudding

¼ pound white bread, cubed
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¼ cup apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 ½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
¾ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 ½ ounces soft butter
In a bowl, combine bread, apple, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, milk, and
water. Whisk well.
In another bowl, combine butter, sugar, and flour and mix well.
Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the air fryer, add bread and apple
mixture, then add the rest of the crumble. Cook at 350F for 22 minutes.
Divide bread pudding onto plates and serve.
