Ingredients:
4 slices turkey breast, cooked
½ red bell pepper, sliced
2 eggs
1 small avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
2 tablespoons salsa
Salt and black pepper, to taste
⅛ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Tortillas for serving
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour them in a pan and place in the
air fryer’s basket.
Cook at 400F for 5 minutes. Remove from the fryer and transfer eggs to a plate.
Arrange tortillas on a working surface. Divide eggs, turkey meat, bell pepper, cheese,
salsa, and avocado between them.
Roll the burritos. Line the air fryer basket with tin foil and place the burritos inside.
Heat up the burritos at 300F for 3 minutes.
